Booking Policy
- 50% of the total amount of the stay to be paid for confirmation.
- 2nd deposit of 50% of the total cost, 45 days before arrival.
- Method of payment for the down payments: bank transfer.
- For extra services during your stay, the payment method will be cash on site (shopping, massages etc.).
Rental Policy
- The organization of events in the house is forbidden without the agreement of MARRAKECH LUXURY STAYS.
- The staff prepares your meals.
- The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
- Non-fenced and unsupervised pool.
- Check in 3:00PM.
- Check out: 12:00PM.
- A security deposit will be charged at the time of the check-in as a guarantee and will be returned at the end of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be non refundable.
- Cancellation of the rental less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to MARRAKECH LUXURY STAYS.
- No show of the tenants the same day of the hiring, 100% of the total amount of the hiring will be due to MARRAKECH LUXURY STAYS.
- In case of cancelation for reasons deemed valid, our agency commits to do its best in order to make you beneficiate from a credit that could be used for a future reservation according to availabilities, applicable rates and associated cancellation fees.
