Booking Policy

50% of the total amount of the stay to be paid for confirmation.
2nd deposit of 50% of the total cost, 45 days before arrival.
Method of payment for the down payments: bank transfer.
For extra services during your stay, the payment method will be cash on site (shopping, massages etc.).

Rental Policy

The organization of events in the house is forbidden without the agreement of MARRAKECH LUXURY STAYS.
The staff prepares your meals.
The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
Non-fenced and unsupervised pool.
Check in 3:00PM.
Check out: 12:00PM.
A security deposit will be charged at the time of the check-in as a guarantee and will be returned at the end of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be non refundable.
Cancellation of the rental less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to MARRAKECH LUXURY STAYS.
No show of the tenants the same day of the hiring, 100% of the total amount of the hiring will be due to MARRAKECH LUXURY STAYS.
In case of cancelation for reasons deemed valid, our agency commits to do its best in order to make you beneficiate from a credit that could be used for a future reservation according to availabilities, applicable rates and associated cancellation fees.
